Prices & Payment

All prices exclude VAT

Postage, packing and insurance for despatch to European Mainland is subject to a £7.20 supplement.

Payment (via Visa, Mastercard or Switch) is taken on the day of despatch.

Delivery

Nature's Naturals will endeavour to process your order within 72 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability. Please bear in mind that in some rare cases, a product may be out of stock, in which case we will advise you by email. All out of stock products will be supplied within 21 days of order.

We will also use your email address (if provided) to let you know the progress on your orders.

Guarantee

Care is taken to ensure your purchase(s) arrive in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or you are not entirely satisfied, please contact customer services on the number above within 24 hours and we will arrange for purchase to be exchanged or refunded. Consequential loss or damage exceeding the cost of the goods supplied is not covered.

Your Right to Cancel

If you wish to return your purchase(s), we must be notified (contact details above) and they must be returned within 7 working days, we will arrange for your payment card to be refunded within 30 days. All goods are supplied in "tamper identifiable" containers and immediate returns are acceptable provided the product container is complete and unopened.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
